Creamy Broccoli and Chicken Casserole
(Serves 4)

1 can Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 broccoli
1 1/2 cups spiral or bows pasta noodles
1/2 milk (2%)
2/3 cup water
seasoning salt

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add pasta noodles and cook on high heat until fully cooked. In a large fry pan, in water, cook boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Add seasoning salt and pepper to chicken. Slice chicken up into bite-size cubed pieces.

In a large saucepan, place Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup, milk, and water. Mix well. Cut up broccoli into bite-size pieces and add into casserole dish. Heat in oven for 15-20 minutes at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove casserole dish from oven. Add the cooked pasta noodles and chicken. Gently stir. Serve while hot and enjoy!
